Maple 3 New Year Cocktail – The Maple 75

🍾✨ Impress your guests by concocting this delicious cocktail: The Maple 75.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz of gin of your choice * we chose the Grapefruit and Rosemay gin from Distillerie 3 Lacs *
• 5 oz of white tea syrup
• 5 oz of fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz of Prosecco
• 1 oz of our original sparkling maple water
• 1 lemon or grapefruit zest

PREPARATION

🍁 Place all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, except for the Maple 3 and the prosecco.

🧊 Shake the mixture for 20 seconds. Filter the mixture through a flute. Top it off with our original sparkling maple water & Prosecco (to taste).

🍋 Garnish with a lemon zest.
