We exclusively harvest maple water during the sugar season, a limited window in spring when the trees release their sap. Our approach ensures that the trees remain unharmed, continuing their natural cycle year after year. Each drop is a gift from the tree, and we treat it with the utmost respect.
3. Gentle Filtration
Once collected, the maple water is carefully filtered directly at the farm. This ensures that its natural purity and delicate flavor are preserved right at the source. The freshly filtered maple water is then transported in a controlled environment to our bottling facility, maintaining its freshness and quality throughout the journey.
4. Fresh Bottling
To maintain its natural properties, flavor, and freshness, the filtered maple water is immediately bottled upon arrival at our facility.
