Maple Water Based Vegan Smoothie

Simple and healthy vegan smoothie to do at home

 

Ingredients

  • Organic Maple water
  • Frozen or fresh strawberries, bananas, blueberries and mangos (choose the fruits you prefer)
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

  • Add your favourite fruits into the blender
  • Add 3 table spoons of hemp seeds
  • Add 3 table spoons of chia seeds
  • Fill up with maple water
  • Decorate with a piece of mango or strawberry
  • Optional - To make an alcoholic version, add 1 once of vodka or rhum
