Simple and healthy vegan smoothie to do at home
Ingredients
- Organic Maple water
- Frozen or fresh strawberries, bananas, blueberries and mangos (choose the fruits you prefer)
- Hemp seeds
- Chia seeds
Preparation
- Add your favourite fruits into the blender
- Add 3 table spoons of hemp seeds
- Add 3 table spoons of chia seeds
- Fill up with maple water
- Decorate with a piece of mango or strawberry
- Optional - To make an alcoholic version, add 1 once of vodka or rhum
