Maple Water Exotic Cocktail

Impress your guests at your next pool party or happy hour with this colourful tropical cocktail, with or without alcohol.

Ingredients

• Maple 3 Pure maple water
• Lemon
• Lime
• Star fruit
• Passion fruit
• Tropical fruit juice (pineapple, orange, mango)
• Maple water ice sticks or cubes
• Edible flowers, for garnish
• Optional: 1 oz (30 ml) vodka or rum

Preparation

1. Freeze maple water in ice stick moulds or ice cube trays.
2. Add passion fruit pulp to your glasses (strain out the seeds if you prefer a smoother texture).
3. Add freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice, then plenty of maple water ice.
4. Top with half tropical juice and half maple water, for a lighter taste. Add a little maple syrup if you want a stronger maple flavour.
5. Garnish with a piece of star fruit and edible flowers. Cheers!
