Bellini Maple 3

A Maple 3 twist on the Bellini, created by Bistro l’Atelier, a well-known cocktail bar in Quebec City.

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ oz (50 ml) Southern Comfort
• ¼ oz (7 ml) lemon juice
• ⅔ of a can (about 200 ml) of Maple 3 Original sparkling maple water
• Peach, honey and rosemary purée
• Prosecco, to top
• Ice

Preparation

1. In a glass with ice, combine the Southern Comfort, lemon juice and a spoonful of peach, honey and rosemary purée.
2. Add the Maple 3 Original sparkling maple water.
3. Top with prosecco. Cheers!
