How subscriptions work
Subscribe to your favourite Maple 3 products and save 15% on every delivery. Your order is shipped automatically on the schedule you choose. No commitment: you can change or cancel anytime, at no cost.
How do I access my subscription?
Click the account icon at the top of the site (or "Manage my subscription" at the bottom of any page), then enter your email. We'll send you a login code, no password needed. Your subscriptions are under the Subscriptions tab of your account.
What can I change myself?
- Skip a delivery or change its date
- Change the size, flavour, quantity or delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address or payment card
- Cancel or reactivate your subscription
When am I charged?
You are charged when each order is processed. We send you a reminder by email a few days before, with a link to make changes if needed.
