Our story
Our lab is nature!
In spring 2009, Stéphane was tapping his maple trees to make syrup. Exhausted and dehydrated, he took a sip of maple water and quickly recovered. He wondered why such a wonderful resource had never been shared with the world. That's how the world's first sugar bush dedicated entirely to maple water was born.
